Robinson Heights is a 100-unit senior property at 2501 Mount Pleasant Street in Burlington, Iowa, serving residents 62 and older and residents with disabilities. Built in 1979, it was rehabilitated with 2011 housing tax credits from the Iowa Finance Authority and placed back in service in 2013.
All 100 one-bedroom units are covered by a project-based Section 8 HAP contract that runs through 2032, so residents pay 30% of adjusted income with utilities included.
