Rampart is a 150-unit family property at 1700 Village East Boulevard in Port Arthur, on the Texas Gulf Coast. Every unit is covered by a project-based Section 8 HAP contract that runs through 2034. Acquired 2025.

Two-story buildings on about nine acres, with one- through four-bedroom units: 40 one-bedroom, 60 two-bedroom, 44 three-bedroom, and 6 four-bedroom. Units have individual entrances and central air. The community has a community room and a playground.
