Park Pacific is a 230-unit HUD-financed property at 1226 Olive Street in downtown St. Louis. Acquired in 2025 through a Transfer of Physical Assets approved by HUD, on a property that had been under MARS reporting and was projected to become the largest HUD foreclosure on record absent intervention. Gomel stabilized operations and restored HUD compliance.

Park Pacific does not carry LIHTC or Section 8 rent restrictions, but the work is the work the rest of the practice is built on: arresting a decline before the units were lost, and the HUD field office relationship the TPA produced.
